1. Eligibility: The Grommet Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") general contest rules: To enter, you must be a U.S. resident. No purchase necessary. Winner(s) will be randomly selected and notified via email. Employees, contractors, and the families of employees and contractors of The Grommet, Inc. are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited. All applicable federal, state and local laws apply. By participating, all entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
2. Promotion Period. The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on May 19, 2016 and entries must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. PT on June 20, 2016 ("Promotion Period"). Promotion Administrator's computer shall be the official timekeeper for all matters related to this Sweepstakes.
By entering this sweepstakes you understand that you are providing your information to The Grommet and will be added to our email newsletter. A valid email address in order for The Grommet to be able to fulfill the prize.
One entry per person.
3. Drawing and Notification: Potential prize winner will be selected at random following the Sweepstakes Period on or about the dates the contest closes. Once notified, the potential winner has 7 days to respond to the email notification to claim prize or an alternate winner will be selected.
4. Prizes: One (1) Prize will be awarded. The Grommet will award one (1) winner $200.00 Gift Card to shop on thegrommet.com which will be delivered via email.
Odds of winning a Prize for a given Sweepstakes Period depend on the total number of eligible entries received for that Sweepstakes Period.
By accepting a prize, the Winner grants The Grommet permission to use their name, voice, likeness, photograph, prize information, biographical data and city and state of residence on a winner's list (if applicable) and for publicity and promotional purposes (including without limitation, posting such winner's name on The Grommet’s Facebook Page), worldwide in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation unless prohibited by law.
